Our commitment and practices

 

Here at Sweet T's Apothecary we re-use and recycle any and all cardboard boxes, padded envelopes, and bubble wrap/packing peanuts to limit the impact of plastic on the planet. Sometimes your package may look 'recycled' on the outside, however inside your items are carefully wrapped and packaged with a personal Sweet T touch.

I personally strive for the least carbon footprint in our business practices/service.

We use primarily glass containers, recycled paper, biodegradable packaging, and recycled bags for our products and packaging.

Shipping Time Frame

All orders placed will be shipped within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Local pick up may be same day or next business day. All shipping times are estimates and delivery time is not guaranteed.

Any orders containing perishable or custom made items may take an additional 1-2 days to custom make and process. Perishable orders ship Monday-Thursday and we reserve the right to delay shipping until the following week for uninterrupted shipping service.

Our shipping rates are calculated directly via USPS and UPS and are based up your order weight and destination.

Lost or stolen package? Please email us regarding your order and instructions for filing a claim through local ups and usps.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our product we do not accept returns at this time. Please contact us directly if there is an issue regarding your order for exchange, refund, or replacement.
